Elizabeth L. Farmer, CPA
Founder & Shareholder
Elizabeth L. Farmer, CPA is the principal of Farmer & Farley, LLC. The firm, which was founded in May of 2003, provides complete tax services as well as financial statement preparation, financial projections, cash flow management, and business development planning.
Kaliana M. S. Degnan, CPA
Tax Director & Shareholder
Kaliana Degnan (Kali) is a member of Farmer and Associates CPA and leads the Production team with a primary focus in the tax department. She has been with the firm since 2011.
Dominick Valli
Managing Shareholder
Dominick Valli is a member of Farmer and Associates CPA and leads the Sales/Marketing, HR, and A/R efforts at the firm. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, gardening, cooking and camping with his family.
Amy Muehling
Payroll Specialist / Accounting Team Lead
Amy Muehling assists clients with accounting, payroll processing, A/R and A/P, and QuickBooks training. Amy has been with Farmer & Farley since 2017 and is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Megan Minnick
Executive Assistant / Marketing
Megan Minnick, Executive Assistant/Marketing at Farmer & Associates, CPA, has worked there part-time since 2005. She is known for her organization and problem-solving skills. Megan enjoys traveling, event planning, gardening, and volunteering.
Sean Anderson
Sales & Marketing
Sean joined the firm in 2017 as a Tax Intern and became a Tax Accountant and Client Success Manager in 2021. Now a Sales Manager, he oversees almost all new inbound prospects and annual re-engagements of existing clients. When he’s not taking calls or learning about new clients, he enjoys spending his free time playing with his kids, cooking, playing sports, and binging Netflix shows with his fiancee.
Megan Fisher, EA
Staff Accountant
Megan Fisher, a staff accountant at Farmer & Associates, CPA, is an Enrolled Agent and QuickBooks ProAdvisor with a bachelor’s in accounting from the University of Minnesota. She loves helping small businesses with their accounting needs. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.
Carole Dillingham
Billing Coordinator
Carole is the Billing Coordinator at Farmer and Associates. She graduated from Hickey Business College and has over sixteen years’ experience as an Office Manager doing accounting/billing/payroll. In her free time, Carole enjoys being with her family-two daughters and four grandchildren!
Nikole Lis
Senior Accountant
Nikole Lis, a Staff Accountant at Farmer & Associates, CPA since August 2021, specializes in small business bookkeeping. She holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Grand Valley State University. Nikole manages transactions, AP/AR, payroll, and QuickBooks. She enjoys reading, playing with her cat, and riding motorcycles.
Jessie Weis
Staff Accountant
As a staff accountant at Farmer and Associates, Jessie supports small businesses and their communities. Outside of work, she loves nature and traveling. Having lived in Australia, Greece, and various US states, she dreams of living abroad again with her partner.
Cullen Quinn
Staff Accountant
Cullen joined Farmer & Associates in February 2023, bringing four years of small business accounting experience. He earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2020. Cullen enjoys spending time with his two older sisters, bodybuilding, and watching anime.
Gina Kelkis, CPA
Senior Accountant
Gina, a CPA licensed in four states, joined Farmer & Associates in December 2023, focusing on the tax department and client onboarding in QuickBooks Online. She holds degrees in Mathematics and Accounting and enjoys family time, board games, puzzles, and watching her kids’ sports.
Gracie McKenna, EA
Senior Tax Accountant
Gracie McKenna has over 15 years of experience as an Enrolled Agent, helping small businesses optimize tax savings and grow. She joined Farmer & Associates in 2024 after working as a tax accountant in Florida since 2003. Gracie holds a degree from Flagler College in St. Augustine, where she lives by the beach with her two teenage daughters.
