What type of clients do you work with? – Have you worked with businesses in my industry?
We work with a variety of industries including: Professional Services, Retail and Restaurants. All of our clients are small businesses with revenues ranging from $100k to $5 million.
Is your firm related to agricultural finance or Farmers Insurance?
While we love seeing all of the commercials, we are not associated with Farmers Insurance or any type of agricultural financing.
What does it look like to communicate with a virtual firm?
We primarily use Liscio (Secure client portal software) for all client communication. Whether sending or receiving documents, or reaching out to ask questions, Liscio serves as our main means of communication.
Do I need to be located in St. Louis to be a client?
No, we work with clients in many different states and cities within the US.
Do you offer financial planning?
While we will work closely with your business financials, we do not offer financial planning. We provide tax planning to help set clients up for financial success by implementing an agreed upon tax strategy.
Do you offer tax preparation services?
Yes, we provide Individual and Business Tax preparation services. However, we do not solely offer 1040 tax prep services for individual clients.
Can you assist me if I have multiple businesses? (Add Rental or Different Entities)
Yes, we would just need to engage each business separately.
How does your monthly fixed fee pricing work?
Each service package is priced at a monthly fixed fee for a recurring set of services. Prices vary depending on a number of factors including: transaction volume, number of employees, Business Tax Return. Our Average monthly price for a small business is around $850/month.
